Telus Ocean – Victoria

Western Mechanical Services has been selected to provide commissioning, testing and balancing, and operating and maintenance manuals for this landmark project in Victoria. The new $100 million building is targeting LEED Platinum certification and will create over 158,000 SF of office space in the downtown core.
